Below are some examples of recent mixed-media work and sculpture I did for custom orders. I am always willing to work with each client to fully realize your concept or idea, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Feature 1
This is a black skull clutch or coin purse. It is adorned with real gold leaf and genuine Swarovski crystals. Inside, the piece is lined with burgundy red velvet. The skull shape is hand-molded, and then carefully covered with soft sheepskin leather and then hand painted.
Estimated price: $120
Feature 2
This piece is a gypsy headdress. The horn molds are hand-cast from an actual springbok. This also includes delicate parakeet-skull castings, and is trimmed with a vintage sari. The headpiece is secured with clips that can easily be sewn into a wig. All resin castings are infused with UV material that glows under blacklight.
Estimated price: $200
Feature 3
This nightmarish character is a maquette, or a rough draft of a sculpture made from a client’s illustration. Turning 2D images into 3D concepts is something I’m very well versed in. Concept art like this can vary widely. This particular piece, standing at 16” tall, cost $200 and included iterations/adjustments.
